A Royal Advisor accompanies the character to every event. They handle payment, makes sure the party stays on schedule, and handles the supplies while in character as a Medieval Maid to ensure your event will run smoothly. Royal Advisors are included in every package we currently offer excluding our covid19 video service.
We cater to all age events, whether it's a three year old's birthday or an office party which is character themed. We can modify package details to fit the intended age group better. Our most common age group is ages three to ten. Children under three may not have an attention span long enough to enjoy the event and so in this case we can add a second story time or a personal request from the parent to help make the child's experience more fitting. We will not deny an opportunity to a child over 10, though we have found that ages 3 to 10 are just our most common audience.
We accept E-transfer and PayPal prior to the event. Cash and cheque will be accepted on the day of the event. The royal advisor may arrive up to 10 min early to collect payment before the event begins. An NSF check will be given an additional fee. All payments must be complete before the event begins.
TWe traditionally accept a 50% deposit two weeks before the party and 50% the day of but we are currently not taking cash transactions due to COVID19, as such we recommend paying in full at least two weeks prior to your event
We offer 2 difference in person party styles: Our Drop By Events and our Party Packages.
Our Drop By Events are created for Single-Household Events at a discounted rate from our traditional party packages for 15 or 30-minute events.
Our Party Packages are meant for multi-household events for 30 60 or 90-minute events!
We love to attend events in homes, parks, beaches, restaurants, and more!
However if you are booking us in a Play Center or alongside a bouncy castle (or other large objects) please be mindful children often can become distracted with other actives over playing directly with the character we do our best to keep children's attention with our character's songs games and activities but we always like to let parents know ahead of time in case moments like these occur.
Our Current refund/cancellation policy is as follows:
1) We are back to full capacity for our events. (Our event prices include enough items for up to 12 young guests participating; any additional children can be added for a small fee of $3 per additional child.)
2) If the party will be at your personal residence, the mask requirement will be determined by the host.
